The best digital solutions are shaped together with the people who will use, experience and benefit from them.
That is exactly why local workshops remain such an important part of SENSE. In Kiel, several public-facing engagement moments are now being prepared to help shape the project’s next steps. These include workshop activities connected to the SEALEVEL Exhibition, as well as upcoming opportunities for dialogue during Digital Week Kiel 2026 (2–8 May 2026) and INNO IT Kiel 360° – IT & Digital Fair (10 June 2026).
These sessions will give local audiences the chance to discover the project, explore the digital products being developed, and share their impressions, expectations and ideas. This kind of exchange helps ensure that innovation stays closely connected to real needs, local knowledge and everyday experience.
By bringing technology and participation together, SENSE is building stronger pilots today while also creating knowledge and approaches that other cities will be able to build on tomorrow.
